We are finishing up our Non-Fiction books. The first day all the kids chose an animal/bug and made a web with can/are/have. They have used this web to write their pages.
They have been doing a GREAT job!!!
Lindsey is writing about a dog.
Hannah chose to write about Polar Bears.
Veronica is writing about giraffes.
Kendall is writing about penguins.
Elena is writing about butterflies.
We are going to finish up tomorrow and then start story-boarding!!! :)
Writing looks great! Love that such young kids are getting involved in non-fiction writing!!!

Non-fiction writing is so fun because it's all about sharing their knowledge with others. I love teaching non-fiction writing. Your kinders seem so engaged in these pictures - AWESOME!
